HE TOOK IT... SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO CARRY IT!

September 27 Devotional Meditation

Key Scripture:

"That evening they brought to him many who were oppressed by demons, and he cast out the spirits with a word and healed all who were sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: 'He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.'" (Matthew 8:16-17)

Devotional:

Hallelujah! The Bible doesn't say Jesus sympathized with our sickness—it says He TOOK our sickness! When Jesus walked the earth, He didn't just teach about healing—He demonstrated it with explosive power! Demons fled at His command! Every kind of sickness bowed to His word! And Matthew makes it clear: this wasn't just a temporary miracle show—this was the fulfillment of prophecy! This was God's eternal plan unfolding!

When Jesus went to the cross, He didn't just carry your sins—He carried your cancer, your diabetes, your depression, your chronic pain! He bore it all so you could be free from it all! The same power that flowed from His body to heal the woman with the issue of blood is available RIGHT NOW!

 The same authority that spoke a word and cleansed the leper is speaking WHOLENESS over you today!
You don't have to beg God to heal you—He already provided it 2,000 years ago! Your healing isn't based on your ability to convince God to move—it's based on Jesus' finished work! The price has been paid! The provision has been made! Now RECEIVE your miracle!

Prayer of Fire:

Lay hands on your body or the person needing healing!

Dear Lord JESUS! We thank You that You are the SAME yesterday, today, and forever! The same power that healed everyone who came to You is available right now!
We declare over every sick body: JESUS TOOK YOUR SICKNESS! By the stripes of Jesus, you ARE healed! We command every spirit of infirmity to GO! We speak to cancers, diseases, pains, and infections: BE HEALED in Jesus' name!

We release the healing power of the Holy Spirit to flow through this place! We thank You that healing is happening right now! Miracles are breaking out! Bodies are being restored for Your glory!

Thank You, Jesus, for bearing our diseases! We receive our healing NOW! In Your mighty name, AMEN!
